Wright City Public Schools would like to invite all of our Veterans to our Veterans Day program on November 11, 2024. Our program will begin at 9:30 AM and last approximately 35-45 minutes. Immediately after the program, our FFA Chapter will host a reception in the Conference Room for Veterans and their immediate family. Thank you for all of your service and sacrifice for our great Nation!

Today's Elementary and Junior High basketball games in Battiest have been postponed due to the threat of severe weather. We will let everyone know when they have been rescheduled.  

In an abundance of caution, Wright City Schools is currently taking precautions to protect our students and staff. 
School will resume as normal at this time, as Wright City Schools was NOT named in a particular threat. However; due to the nature of information that we received, we felt it was best to communicate with our parents/guardians as to why we are taking precautions.  Once we have investigated thoroughly, we will make decisions accordingly. Thank you for your continued trust and support. 

The JOM trip for PreK - 2nd grade that was scheduled for Thursday, May 2, 2024 is postponed until further notice. We will announce a date as soon as possible. Thank you!

Parents/Guardians - Wright City Schools will move to virtual/distance learning for Thursday, May 2, 2024. This will be a normal virtual/distance learning day. The Lumberjax will play at 11:00 AM in Shawnee, Oklahoma for the opening round of the State Tournament. This allows the large number of staff and students to attend during the school day.
